Who We Are
At iFlowdeck Nigeria Limited we are more than an agro-export company. We are a bridge between Africa's agricultural wealth and the global demand for sustainable commodities. As a fully indigenous Nigerian enterprise, we specialise in sourcing, processing, selling and exporting palm produce and by-products, and we provide the integrated logistics that carry them from the farm to a foreign warehouse.
We were founded to empower local farmers and to position Nigeria as a serious player in global agricultural exports. The country has the land, the climate and the workforce for palm. What the sector has historically lacked is the connective tissue between growers and international buyers. We built the company to be that connective tissue, partnering with more than 100 smallholder farmers across the palm belt rather than buying anonymously through intermediaries.
Our head office is in Lagos, with logistics operations extending across West Africa and through Nigeria's international seaports. That footprint lets us serve clients in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas with the kind of reliability export buyers need, and that this origin has not always been able to offer.

How We Source
From the farm gate to the port
Free fatty acid is decided in the hours between harvest and press. Controlling that window is why we buy directly from growers rather than through intermediaries.
Harvest and transfer
Fresh fruit bunches move to the mill within hours of cutting. The delay between harvest and press is what drives free fatty acid, so this is the step that decides whether a cargo grades as export quality.
Processing and testing
Sterilising, threshing, pressing and clarification under controlled conditions, with each batch sampled for free fatty acid, moisture, impurities and bleachability.
Certification and export
Regulatory certification, independent pre-shipment analysis, container loading and shipment through Apapa, Tin Can Island or Onne.
Sustainability
Where the value actually goes
Palm carries a real sustainability question. Ours is answered by what we do with processing residues and by how much of the export price reaches the growers.
Residues become products
Kernel shells, empty fruit bunches and recovered sludge oil are sold as fuel, fertiliser and feedstock rather than burned or dumped. That cuts mill waste and the effluent load that comes with it.
Value stays with growers
Direct farm-gate purchasing means more of the export price reaches the people who grew the fruit, which is what keeps a smallholder supply base viable year after year.

What buyers ask us first
What palm products does iFlowdeck export from Nigeria?
Twelve products across four categories. Palm oils covers crude palm oil, refined palm oil, palm stearin and palm sludge oil. Kernel derivatives covers palm kernel oil and palm kernel cake. Biomass and energy covers palm kernel shells and empty fruit bunches. Oleochemicals covers PFAD, palm wax, palm alcohol and palm-based glycerine.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One 20 ft container per product line, which works out at roughly 20 metric tonnes for oils and 25 metric tonnes for cake and shells. Buyers qualifying a new origin often start with a smaller drummed trial before committing to a full programme.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to buyers across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, loading from Apapa and Tin Can Island in Lagos and from Onne in Rivers State. If your destination is one we have not served before, tell us and we will confirm the corridor and the documentation it needs.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?
FOB, CFR and CIF as standard, with DAP by arrangement. Payment is typically by irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or 30% advance with the balance against shipping documents. Terms for repeat contract buyers are negotiated individually.
How do you assure product quality?
Fruit is graded at the mill gate, output is sampled batch by batch, and finished product is tested against your contracted specification before release. Independent pre-shipment analysis by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek is available on every consignment and is standard on most export contracts.
What documentation comes with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, an independent pre-shipment analysis report, and SONCAP documentation where your destination market requires it.
Can we get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples for laboratory qualification can be couriered for most products, and drummed trial quantities can be arranged where a laboratory sample is not enough to validate your process. Tell us the product and the volume you need to test.
How long does a shipment take?
Production, consolidation and documentation typically run two to three weeks in parallel. Ocean transit then depends on the corridor: roughly three to four weeks to Northern Europe and five to seven weeks to East Asia. You receive a dated timeline at contract stage.
