Private Label Packaging

Retail-ready palm products filled, sealed and labelled under your own brand, compliant with your destination market.

How this works

Buying bulk oil and repacking it yourself means running a filling operation, holding packaging stock and carrying the compliance burden for labelling in every market you sell into. For most distributors and FMCG brands, that is not where the margin is. Our private label service delivers stock that is already retail-ready under your own brand.

We handle the full packaging chain: bottle, jerrican, keg and pouch formats, artwork developed from scratch or adapted from your existing brand assets, filling, sealing, induction capping, shrink sleeving and cartoning. Batch coding and best-before dating are applied at fill, so traceability runs through to the individual unit rather than stopping at the pallet.

Compliance is built into the label rather than bolted on afterwards. Nutritional declarations, allergen statements, language requirements, net content marking and the local regulatory marks your destination demands are all specified before the first print run, because a labelling error discovered at the destination port is an expensive one to fix.

Our facilities operate to international hygiene and food safety standards, and packaging runs are documented to the same degree as bulk production, with batch records, fill weights, seal integrity checks and retained samples. Whether you are an FMCG company, a supermarket chain or an industrial distributor, you receive stock you can put straight onto a shelf.

Questions

Private Label Packaging: frequently asked

What is the minimum run for private label?
It depends on format, because the constraint is usually packaging material minimums rather than oil volume. As a guide, a single 20 ft container of filled retail units is a practical starting point. Send us your format and volume and we will confirm precisely.
Do we need to supply print-ready artwork?
No. If you have brand assets we will adapt them to the pack format and print process. If you do not, we will design the label with you. Either way we compliance-check it against your destination market before anything goes to print.
Which products can be private labelled?
Refined palm oil is the most common by a wide margin, in retail bottles and catering jerricans. Palm kernel oil and specialty fats can also be packed to order. Tell us the product and the format you have in mind.
