Full document preparation
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and bill of lading, prepared in-house.
End-to-end documentation, certification and customs coordination so your cargo clears both borders without delay.
Exporting agricultural commodities out of Nigeria is rarely difficult because of the shipping. It is difficult because of the paperwork. A single missing or mismatched document will hold a container at the port for weeks while demurrage accumulates. Our export management service exists to take that risk off your side of the transaction entirely.
We handle the full documentation pathway: commercial invoice and packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certification, SONCAP where the product and destination require it, bill of lading, and the pre-shipment inspection reports that buyers and destination customs authorities increasingly ask for. Each of these has its own issuing authority, its own lead time and its own way of going wrong, so we sequence them carefully and nothing waits on something else.
Certification and product testing are arranged in parallel rather than one after another. SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek analysis happens at origin so results are in hand before loading instead of being chased afterwards. Where your destination market has specific requirements, whether that is EU food contact rules, an ISO standard or FDA registration for the United States, we build those into the document set from the start.
We have shipped to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, and the practical value of that experience is knowing where each corridor actually breaks. If you are importing Nigerian palm produce for the first time, we will walk you through what your own customs authority is going to ask for, so the cargo that arrives at your port comes with exactly the file your broker needs.
