Palm Produce Sales

Palm produce sales is the core of what we do. iFlowdeck sources, processes and supplies the full range of palm commodities, from crude palm oil and refined palm oil through palm kernel oil, palm kernel cake and palm kernel shells to the oleochemical derivatives that come off them. We work in volumes that suit both container buyers and continuous industrial programmes.

We buy directly from a network of over 100 smallholder farmers and cooperatives across Nigeria's palm belt. That relationship is not a marketing line. It is what lets us control harvest timing and get fruit to the press quickly, which is the single biggest factor in the free fatty acid level and therefore in whether a cargo grades as export quality. Buying through layers of middlemen removes that control completely.

Export Management

Exporting agricultural commodities out of Nigeria is rarely difficult because of the shipping. It is difficult because of the paperwork. A single missing or mismatched document will hold a container at the port for weeks while demurrage accumulates. Our export management service exists to take that risk off your side of the transaction entirely.

We handle the full documentation pathway: commercial invoice and packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certification, SONCAP where the product and destination require it, bill of lading, and the pre-shipment inspection reports that buyers and destination customs authorities increasingly ask for. Each of these has its own issuing authority, its own lead time and its own way of going wrong, so we sequence them carefully and nothing waits on something else.

Logistics & Haulage

Logistics is where agro-export margins are won or lost. Product sitting in the wrong place at the wrong time costs money in storage, in quality degradation and in missed vessel bookings, and in Nigeria the inland leg to the port is frequently the bottleneck rather than the ocean freight. We run that leg as a managed chain instead of a series of handoffs.

The service covers inland trucking from mills and aggregation points, bonded and general warehousing near the export corridors, temperature-appropriate storage for oils that must not be allowed to set or degrade, and seaport-to-warehouse delivery at the destination end. We hold capacity across Nigeria's main export corridors into Apapa, Tin Can Island and Onne.

Private Label Packaging

Buying bulk oil and repacking it yourself means running a filling operation, holding packaging stock and carrying the compliance burden for labelling in every market you sell into. For most distributors and FMCG brands, that is not where the margin is. Our private label service delivers stock that is already retail-ready under your own brand.

We handle the full packaging chain: bottle, jerrican, keg and pouch formats, artwork developed from scratch or adapted from your existing brand assets, filling, sealing, induction capping, shrink sleeving and cartoning. Batch coding and best-before dating are applied at fill, so traceability runs through to the individual unit rather than stopping at the pallet.
