Logistics & Haulage

Inland trucking, bonded warehousing and container shipping, run as one chain from the mill gate to your warehouse door.

How this works

Logistics is where agro-export margins are won or lost. Product sitting in the wrong place at the wrong time costs money in storage, in quality degradation and in missed vessel bookings, and in Nigeria the inland leg to the port is frequently the bottleneck rather than the ocean freight. We run that leg as a managed chain instead of a series of handoffs.

The service covers inland trucking from mills and aggregation points, bonded and general warehousing near the export corridors, temperature-appropriate storage for oils that must not be allowed to set or degrade, and seaport-to-warehouse delivery at the destination end. We hold capacity across Nigeria's main export corridors into Apapa, Tin Can Island and Onne.

Container shipping is booked against confirmed production rather than optimistically in advance, which avoids both rolled bookings and product waiting at the terminal. For bulk liquids we manage the flexitank or ISO tank specification, the heating protocol and the discharge instructions, because getting those wrong is the most common cause of a rejected or downgraded palm oil cargo.

Clients get visibility rather than reassurance. We report position and status through the chain, from dispatched to at warehouse, stuffed, sealed, gated in, sailed and arrived, so you can plan your own downstream production against real milestones instead of estimates.

Questions

Logistics & Haulage: frequently asked

Which Incoterms do you work on?
FOB, CFR and CIF as standard, with DAP by arrangement. If you have your own freight forwarder, FOB works cleanly and we hand over at the port. If you would rather we carry it to your door, we will quote DAP.
Can we track our shipment?
Yes. We report at each milestone, from dispatched through at warehouse, stuffed and sealed, gated in, sailed and arrived. You also receive the vessel and container details so you can follow the ocean leg on the carrier's own tracking.
How do you handle bulk liquid shipments?
Flexitank or ISO tank, depending on volume, route and your discharge facility. We specify the liner, manage the heating protocol for oils that solidify below about 33 °C, and supply written discharge instructions with the shipping documents.
